Introduction

In order to use the App, you must first acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy. You cannot use the App without first accepting our Privacy Policy.

We provide the Woof You Application. We (“Individual”, “us”, “we” or “our”) recognize and understand the importance of the privacy of our users (“User”, “you” or “your”) and respect their desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy applies to our application and describes how we manage, store, and utilize your Personal Data through its products.

To use our app, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the app. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the app in any manner.

• Account Credentials. To use Woof You App Services, you log in via third-party authentication systems such as Facebook or Google. Woof You stores a hashed version of your account authentication mechanism for authentication and/or verification. We use a third-party provider for verification and authentication.
• Profile Information. When you create an account, you may provide Personal Data (e.g., name, email address) and any information required to positively identify you.
• Photos, Videos and Audio. If you upload media while using Woof You, you will be asked to permit access to your camera, photo gallery, and microphone; Woof You will then have access to the media stored in your gallery.
• Feedback / Support. If you contact support, we collect your name, email, possibly other data (e.g., IP address), your phone model for diagnostics, and any content you send so we can respond. We may retain records of communications and complaints.

Log Data

When you use our Service and an error occurs, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called “Log Data.” This may include your device IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration when using the Service, the time and date of use, and other statistics.

We use your name and email address for handling your subscription and email marketing. All data remains safe and secure. We do not send your information anywhere outside the uses described here.

Payment Terms

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies.
